KUNDALINI YOGA. . .
Kundalini yoga is an ancient form of yoga that aims to strengthen the nervous system, balance the endocrine system, and reorganize the energy within and around the physical body. This is accomplished by employing several different yogic tools including pranayam, also called breathing techniques, designed to either invigorate or soothe the body and mind, the recitation of sacred sounds in the form of mantras to build immunity and open the heart, physical yogic sets or kriyas that target specific areas of the physical and energetic bodies, and meditation used to induce heightened states of awareness. In short, kundalini yoga offers an opportunity to clear the static in the body and mind so you can effortlessly show up as your true authentic self.
